Five stars all around! From start to finish, the communication was clear and proactive. They delivered quality body repair work on time and with total transparency and fantastic customer service. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would definitely bring my vehicle back.

Me and my family have been going to “Ray’s” for well over 40yrs. Ray is now enjoying his well deserved retirement and has left the shop in great hands. I worked with Billy and Marc, they were both very kind and helpful. Work was done quickly and I was contacted quickly to come pick up the vehicle. Prices are still incredibly reasonable.

I’ve been going to State Rd for a couple of years now. Ray, the previous owner was a wonderful, fair honorable and fun guy. He helped me with so many different things and was very generous. I’m finding new owners a little different. I called made an appointment when I arrived. The person that helped me wasn’t aware that I had an appointment. He did, however, adjust quickly and my car Was taken care of. After the sale, I experienced some sticker shock. The price of an oil change went up significantly, the same thing happened this time and I received an estimate for a replacement that I needed that also was a shock to me. Probably can’t afford to pay nearly $1000 for a couple of struts. I understand that upgrading technologies is important. And I appreciate that but I can’t afford a high-end auto repair shop. I’m gonna be looking around for something else.

I had a seamless experience with State Auto body from start to finish! I had a deep scratch and dent on my passenger rear door of my 2023 F150, I was worried that you would be able to see where it was repaired. Nope… it was perfect , as if it never happened! Repaired it in the time they also had said, greatly appreciated that! Honest and professional service on every level!
